I entered the healthcare sector in 1988 after becoming a mother and deciding to change my career. I bring over 35 years of experience to my role at The Beeches, having worked in local residential homes and nursing homes, including EMI, Community Care, Rustington Hall and Ashdown Lodge Residential Home. I’ve held various positions, including Senior Carer, Registered Nurse Assistant, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. In 2018, I joined The Beeches as an administrator and officer manager. I gained my NVQ Level 4 qualification in Healthcare Management and was an NVQ Assessor from 2010 to 2015.
I enjoy working at The Beeches as my role enables me to interact with all the teams, along with residents and their families. I ensure the administration side of The Beeches runs smoothly, and that our residents’ exercise, entertainment, and activities calendar is filled with great activities.
