I have been in catering sector all my professional career, since leaving catering college with City and Guilds qualifications. I have been employed in all aspects of catering for hotels to making wedding cakes. My experience is very broad. I have also run my own catering business for many years. After many years cooking in the care industry, I joined The Beeches in 2023. At The Beeches, we strive to provide well presented nutritious food to encourage all our residents to eat, despite some of them having poor appetite.
