I am an experienced nurse who qualified in 2011 after passing my nursing board examinations. I began my professional career in a private hospital, where I built a strong foundation in patient care before transitioning to a government hospital in 2013.
During my time in the government sector between 2013 and 2022, I gained extensive clinical experience within a range of healthcare settings, including general wards and the emergency department. From 2015 onwards, I specialised primarily in the operating theatre, where I developed advanced skills in surgical assistance, patient preparation, and perioperative care.
In 2022, I migrated to the United Kingdom and embraced the challenge of restarting my career in a new healthcare system. While working towards the recognition of my nursing qualifications, I took on a role as a healthcare assistant. This experience allowed me to adapt to UK standards of care, strengthen my communication skills, and deepen my understanding of patient-centred care within a new environment.
My journey as a healthcare assistant has been instrumental in preparing me for my transition back into a nursing role, particularly within a nursing home setting. I bring a strong clinical background, the ability to adapt, and a continued commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
